In tonight’s programme, Togo’s switch to a parliamentary system is under scrutiny, after a regional court ruled the reforms: unconstitutional. Also once a jewel of Ethiopia’s tourism scene, Lake Tana is now caught in the shadow of conflict. And archaeologists are racing to preserve the ancient ruins of Cyrene and Apollonia, as conflict and natural disaster put these UNESCO treasures at risk.
