For the third time in a row, the Netherlands exit the World Cup after a penalty shoot-out. Tied 1-1 with Morocco, Saibari scored the winning penalty to send the Atlas Lions into the Round of 16 where they will meet Canada. Meanwhile Paraguay caused a huge upset as they knocked out Germany, also on penalties. Tah had a last-minute goal ruled out for a foul on Paraguay’s goalkeeper – was it the right decision?
