A summer of music with Paris des Arts! On today’s show, we meet up with French rapper Kalash as well as singer Manon Lisa.

One of the biggest names in French rap, Kalash joins us to discuss his new album, “Ex-Voto”. He speaks candidly about his search for spirituality, recognition and peace of mind.

“I just let out whatever I was feeling in the moment I was creating. What comes through is really just the mindset of a man – a 38-year-old father, I think.”

Then we sit down with Manon Lisa for a touch of poetry. The singer performs her latest single, “Le Petit Pêcheur”, a celebration of finding happiness in life’s simple pleasures.

“This song is an ode to doing nothing. It asks what happiness really means to us, what actually matters, what true wealth is, and about simply letting life happen.”

And finally, we head to Switzerland for a boat trip across Lake Geneva, the largest lake in Western Europe.
