Sigrid Haugset of Norway won the third stage of the Women’s Tour de France. She secured a solo victory following an 87-kilometre breakaway. 

Tadej Pogacar is set to compete in the Vuelta a España, the only major race missing from his list of victories. Vozinha was welcomed as a hero on his arrival in Chile. Jordan Henderson has signed for Chelsea.

In rugby, Thomas Ramos is set to move clubs in 2025. In tennis, young Filipino player Alexandra Eala has won her first title on the WTA Tour.
