With their 1-0 win over South Korea, Mexico become the first country to qualify for the knockout stages of the competition. Canada power six goals past Qatar to take home their first three points in a world cup for the first time in their history. Switzerland – Bosnia Herzegovina was not a very interesting game until the 74th minute at which point the swiss scored four and their opponents one. The Czech Republic against South Africa ended in a 1-1 draw.
